Applications we support:
- Senate Data Management System — DMS is an online application for managing Academic Senate councils and committees. This system provides Senate faculty and staff with document and agenda creation tools for effectively managing and responding to local and system-wide issues.
- Academic Personnel Faculty Hub — The Hub is an optional tool to help faculty members prepare for their academic personnel reviews. Faculty will find regularly updated teaching information suitable for including in their AP-10 / Review Profile form. The Hub also retains Review profile, CV, and other data from the decommissioned myData system.
- Inclusive Excellence Diversity Opportunities — Diversity Opportunities connects faculty, students, and the community with the wide range of offices, programs, and initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion. Visitors browse for events and programs to participate in. Faculty may also post information about new opportunities.
- Study Abroad Center Symplicity Horizons —Horizons will allow the Study Abroad Center to manage all aspects of the study abroad experience for students. OIT manages the automated feed of student data.
